In the holiday, I have to do my volunteer work. I worked in the COMPANY of JIANGSU QUARTER BOILER. In there, I just to do something not important, such as typing, copying… Even just do these little things, I was still joyful.
When I first went to the company, my first thinking is this company is big, they has a big workshop because of the produce. There has many workers, about hundreds. And there was still build, the building is not finish, because this is a new place. The people are busy, they don’t has many times to teach me how to do the things. They just tell me that I just do something like typing.
When the first day was begin, I feel so excited, but a little afraid. The excited is this is my first work, the afraid is I worried about my behavior will bad to make the people didn’t like me. But after the first day end, I know that I didn’t need to afraid, because all the people were care about me. They know I didn’t know everything, so when they have the free times, they has come to me and teach me something that I don’t know. Sometimes, when they are talking, they never forgot me, when they have some snacks, they also give me a lot.
At the second day, I was proficient of the work. I start know how to do the things, this make me feel confidence and not afraid about the work. I start like this work, and I think I can do it very well. The workers also told me I was do a good job. After that day I start in the fettle, the operate was proficient. I think this is a good start for me. This also was the experience of my volunteer work.
In the company, even I just do something little, but I know these little things were not easy, if I type something wrong, may be just this little mistake will make all the things wrong, this will make the plan can not working, and they must type again, so the time is late. And I know the work is not easy, there has many people to ask me typing and copying, many things I must finished in this day, or morning or afternoon. Something must finished in an hour. This was too tired to do this, I must adjust the times, and then to do these things, see what is the most important thing I have to do. I also have the free times, but if it is busy, I have worked so hard.
Maybe it is tired, but I was still joyful, this is a good chance for me to have a good experience. I think this is a good lesson for me, I have learned many things. I know it is not have the easy work in the world, you must do it by yourself. Just do it by yourself, you can win, you can succeed.
