Physical activity is good for people’s health. My father do the physical activity every day, so I asked him that take me to the club and do the physical activity. I like the physical activity, this can make me more health. My father also told me should do the physical activity every day, this must persevere, because if you persevere, you will have a good body, but if you do not persevere, your body will change back quickly, at that time, the physical activity that you was did before is not working. So the physical activity is very important, and should to persevere.
Because I have the class in the winter holiday, so I just choose five days to do the physical activity. I do the physical activity two hours every day, I do it in the morning. There has many things I can do, such as running, walking, something practice the muscle…… My father like swimming, this is good for the body, every time he do it, but I cannot, because it is too cold and I don’t know how to swimming, even I have been studied. There also has something that can play the ball’s place.
When I first see there, I think this is a good place to do physical activity. There has some people to teach us how to use the machine, and help us to do that. First, I start walking, the waiter help me open the machine, and told me how to use it. So, at the first one hour, I was walking , there has a TV, that I can walking and watching at the same time, this make me not feel bored. When I done the machine, I feel a little dizzy, and cannot walking very good. After a little break, I do something that practice the muscles, I feel very hard, because it is heavy, it is difficult for me to put this. At the second day, I to do running for an hour, and biking. After some days, I have been know how to do physical activity can make me feel better. Now, I am very like the physical activity, I also decided I will do physical activity every day in the holiday. When I get up in the morning, I feel full asleep, but after do physical activity, I feel very clean and fresh.
After that five days, I know the physical activity is very important to the people. I also know this can make people has a good body. There are many people do physical activity, because they know this is good for them. We know there has many people do the physical activity, the male most do the something that practice the muscles, the female almost do the running, walking, and biking that can make them have a beautiful body’s activity. So, we know the activity is very wonderful, many people like do activity, also include me, I realized that the physical is the most important in the life.
